One of Cayman’s favourite fundraising events is turning 20!
Pilates for Pink returns this September, bringing hundreds of people together for a morning of movement, fun and fundraising in support of the Cayman Islands Cancer Society.
Organised by ENERGY Pilates, the annual event has become a firm fixture in Cayman’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month calendar — and Cayman Islands Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to support this year’s 20th anniversary event as a sponsor.

20 Years of thinking pink
Founded by ENERGY Pilates owner and breast cancer survivor Colleen Brummer, Pilates for Pink has grown from a small gathering into an event that attracts hundreds of participants from across the island.
Now celebrating its 20th anniversary, its appeal remains refreshingly simple: bring people together, get moving and raise money for an organisation doing important work in the Cayman community.
You don’t need to be a Pilates regular to join in.
The workout is designed for different ages and abilities, creating an atmosphere that’s as much about participation and community as it is about exercise.
More than a workout
If previous years are anything to go by, expect plenty of pink.
The event traditionally starts with its Pre-Pink Party before the main Pilates for Pink Power Workout led by Colleen and the ENERGY Pilates team. The morning has also become known for its Plank Challenge, photo opportunities, prizes and giveaways.
Most importantly, the event raises funds for the Cayman Islands Cancer Society, helping support its work with cancer patients and their families across the Cayman Islands.
